It was Chubby's first time over the hurdles and fences this morning and we had Chubby's owners in to watch. She has popped the hurdle in the menage but because the schooling ground had been frozen we weren't able to practice with her first so it was rather nerve racking as she could have made an absolute horlicks of it, but bless her she was fantastic and she enjoyed it enormously. She is Doctor Kingsley's half sister so she should be half decent.

We have a busy weekend ahead with the We Never Give Up club coming for their owners morning on Friday, Dancer and Harry (Out of Range) going to the rescheduled meeting at Horseheath. and on Sunday we have Ponty Pandy, Val D'Aunberge, Endodiscusion (Billy's first ride), Popaway, Exclusive Rights and Lady Barfad all going to Thorpe. If the ground is soft we may consider holding Popaway off for another week and going to Higham instead.
