We had a fabulous owners morning yesterday We have a new syndicate for Velvet Steel and new half owners for Alistair, so it was wonderful for everyone to meet up before Christmas and the forthcoming season. All horses went really well and the three that are going to Chaddesley Corbett (Alistair. Cupachai and Glory Hunter) schooled beautifully. There are massive entries for Chaddesley on Tuesday with there being 42 in the first race and a likelihood of most of the races being split so with a runner in the first race, beginning at 10 am and one in the last it will be a very long day.
We went to the Edgcote Christmas party last night which was lovely and will be going to the carol service this evening at Priors Hardwick, followed by mulled wine and mince pies in the Butchers Arms. I am beginning to fell a bit more Christmassy now. A massive HAPPY CHRISTMAS  to all our lovely owners and here's hoping we have a successful season but most importantly that all the horses finish the season safe and sound.
