We went to Kingston today with just one horse, Exclusive Rights (Scruffy) She was running a great race and looked as though she was going to win until she suddenly went out like a light. She clearly needs another soft palate operation as the ground was perfect for her. It is good to know why she hasn't been running up to form though and we will get her done so that she is ready for Cheltenham and Stratford.
Tomorrow we are going to the Atherstone with a lovely French bred mare called Burrows Spring (Bea) Premier Gold (Lily), Lady Barfad (Goody) and Late Night Jazz (Jim). Fingers crossed they all come home safely
