2019 has started well enough with no major dramas. I have half an hour spare to reflect on 2018 which was a another great year for us. Here are some of our best memories -

January - It was fabulous to see Jay, our daughter, in her element in Pondicherry, India organising the start of a restaurant which has recently been voted the fifth best new restaurant in the world by the Food and Drink magazine

February - Back to the UK with a shock as we had the worst winter I can remember for a long time

March - A great double at the Oakley point to point with Velvet Steel and Popaway





 Velvet Steel - The 'Over the Page' partnership, John, Jen, Nicky and Dave and with Popaway with Carol and Roy 

May 4th - the absolute highlight of our year with Popaway winning at Cheltenham for the 3rd time

 

 

 

 

 

June - A lovely break in Greece, Skopalos

August - The birth of Allegra, a beautiful baby girl. Our sixth grandchild

October - A great week in the Lake district
