There was a hard frost this morning so we couldn't do any work on the grass, we just took all the horses up the all weather.
I rode Leon and Dream and both felt really good. Leon feels a lot better after his treatment by Ronnie but still struggles with the hill and Dream was her normal willing self. Her and Jake are entered for both Horseheath and Whitfield this week-end- we will have to decide nearer the time who is going to go where.
After doing my office work I did my normal drive to the Post Office with my bag of orders and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was still light so I took the dogs for a walk around Boddington Lake. There was a stunning sunset. This is the first time since the clocks went back in October that it has been light enough. Another much needed sign that Spring isn't too far away...
