Jake Won
Great news Doctor Kingsley won the members race yesterday. We were sure he was very well but did not expect him to win. Jumped and galloped all the way to the line it was just such a thrill when a plan comes together like that. The ear plugs have made a huge difference in that he cant hear the noise associated with being at the races, and the main difference is we have spoilt him and made him into a very happy horse. For all you readers who think that Pauline is not normally so gushing about Jake, well it's me Doug writing this. As you can see i don't quite have the journalistic skills of my wife but get me started on my boy Jake and i could bore most of you to tears. Just off to the pub of the month for dinner so might have a few beers to celebrate yesterday, not quite the gold cup of races but a win is a win cheers....
