LOST

We have been away for the last week in Kefalonia in Greece, and have had the most wonderful time - We had sad news just before our return on Friday though, as Billy, our eccentric but lovable African Grey parrot had flown through an open door, which had been left open by accident. He was probably wondering where I was, and instead of staying near the house, (which he has done on another occasion) He has clearly gone further afield.

As soon as we arrived home we started a big hunt for him, and have contacted all the local authorities plus put lots of fliers up. We had someone phone yesterday to say they thought they heard a parrot whistling in their garden in Byfield, so hopefully he is still about - The house seems very quiet without him and his dry and irreverent humour is very much missed....
