Hectic times just before Christmas and still rather short staffed as Pete is helping his Dad on the farm as his brother is injured at the moment, and Will has got exams, but hopefully soon they will be in more often. We still had a very good owners morning on Wednesday with the horses that are due to run just after Christmas, with Murphy, Dancer and Cloud schooling and the others going up the hill gallop. Murphy (Glory Hunter) and Cloud may run at Cottenham on the 28th and Scruffy (Exclusive Rights) and Sea Rock may run at Chaddesley Corbett on the 29th December.
All horses are in top form and we have been lucky not to have any empty saddles lately as we have had a few close shaves!
I have just put the Christmas tree up and still have a few more decorations to do so must go......
