The weather has been just beautiful these last two days. The daffodils are all out and the hawthorn is just about to burst into life. It really is the most perfect time of the year.
Yesterday I took Dad to the Bosworth battlefield centre where they had guided walks around the battlefield where Richard the Third was killed and where the Tudor dynasty began. The whole history of Richard III I find really fascinating and with the recent publicity about his re internment I thought it would be a good time to go and it was very much worth it.
The horses all worked really well this morning. We have entered Dr K, and a few others at various tracks on Saturday but won't decide where we are going until we know what the ground will be like. We have got some very unsettled weather about to arrive so we will wait and see...
