The weather has been absolutely stunning lately and the grass is still growing....Consequently the horses are a little fresher than one would like and we have a few more contributions to the drop pot - Doug has a rather nasty tumble from Lily (the new Tobougg filly) when she shied violently and has been a bit sore and off games since it happened, Holly came off Murphy (Glory Hunter) when instead of walking through a gap in the hedge he decided to jump it, Nettie came off Budge when she was about to get on him and he darted to the side and I have already mentioned Clare's little mishap from Jess and Doug's on Jake out hunting, where someone (who will remain nameless) said he looked like a sausage rolling off the barbecue. How rude!
The drop pot is looking very healthy at this stage and we are already looking forward to our end of season party...
