Goodness me. The entries for the weekend are ridiculous! Seriously hot racing at both Horseheath and Garthorpe. There seems to be better horses and more competitive racing than ever before, which is great for the sport but not so good if you are trying to sneak a winner in....
At this stage we are planning to run We Never Give Up, Sea Rock and View the Dance at Horseheath and Don't Budge Me, Velvet Cloud and Popaway at Garthorpe, although we have also entered Popaway for Leicester on March 1st. Very sadly, Out of Range is out for the season with a tweaked suspensory. We are all gutted as we were hoping to run him in the Aintree foxhunters and all we needed to qualify him was a place in a Men's open. The plus side is that we caught it in time and all being well he will be fine for next season. Grrrrr - Why is it always the good one's?!
