Storm Freya is on her way so perfect day to stay at home and catch up on a few jobs, light the fire and have a lovely Sunday roast.
When we were at Didmarton yesterday we were reminded by more than one person of the havoc created by the Duck Club when PontyPandy won there three years ago - The members of 'the club' were John Funnell, Bill Adams, Arthur Griffin and Tissie Reason and because the win was so unexpected it made it even more special.  After receiving their cup they then headed off to the sponsors tent where they spent the entire afternoon and their antics were still being laughed about and remembered all those years later!
