We had a lovely days racing yesterday - Budge didn't run as he had a slightly puffy fetlock where a slight cut has got infected. Jess ran her normal race, totally tailed off and then finished like a train. She jumped really well this time and Lucy always comes back with a huge smile on her face so it makes it all worth it. Top Garry ran a fabulous race coming third with two very good horses in front. He wasn't quite match fit as he has had an interrupted training routine so his run was very encouraging indeed. He still hasn't grown into his frame so he is a very promising horse for the future. It was great racing and the ground was perfect. There is no rain forecast for sometime so it may be a while before we get good safe ground again. We have made entries for Kingston Blount but may not run depending on the ground.
