He did a clear round!!! Somewhere out the back but got around nevertheless. The ground was very holding and not to his liking at all but he jumped well and jumped the last the same as the first.
It was great racing but not many finishers. There was a really nice maiden in the first race that was a real eye catcher called Glory and Honour. It was of particular interest because it was by Elusive Pimpernel who we put Popaway to in Ireland. It is the first pointer I have seen by this stallion and it was great to see him win easily. I rather suspect he will be off to the sale now but definitely a horse to watch in the future.  Home in time for the rugby. At least Ireland won even if England doesn't....
