Cloud (2 years old). She had a three hour mouthing session and seemed very accepting of the bit.

She was the one that we were dreading as we thought she might be an absolute nightmare as she is somewhat 'spirited'. She has been a real surprise as she seems to be loving
the discipline. She will be ridden tomorrow so may show her true colours then.

Dolly (1 year old) french bred and very nervous but ended the morning's session by trusting Doug so much that she lay down in the menage with him. We put the saddle on her and let her have a hoon around the school - she knows how to buck too!

When she had calmed down Amy sat on her and was led around. So far so good...

Eeyore (1 year old) not very happy but behaving himself.

Doris (2 yrs old) was ridden for the first time and seemed quite happy. She has an incredibly soft mouth and lovely temperament.

We were really pleased with all four horses this morning after yesterday's rodeo show. The older horses are going on the horse-walker everyday (Red is the size of a house!) It has been another beautiful day and I spent the afternoon harrowing the fields while the horses were in the stables.
