View from Dove's field

Dove (very pregnant), Subo and Spider are in a field right next to the big house and it is the most beautiful walk across the river to check up on them, which I did this afternoon.

It has been a really busy day, although Laura popped in this morning to help muck out and take the horses down to the field - Whilst I was bringing them in this evening there was the most beautiful sunset - with the hour change the day is so short now and it is difficult to fit everything in. When I was walking the dogs yesterday in the dusk I saw the most magnificent barn owl, it was hunting low to the ground and swooped silently in front of me. It is always such a thrill and one that I never get tired of.
