Sadly poor Prudence was put to sleep yesterday as she had gone off her legs and wasn't able to get up in the mornings. She was nearly fourteen and has had a wonderful life. Matilda is still very much around and galloped down to the orchard this morning not seeming to miss her life long friend.
We are nearly ready to leave for Burghley and just have a few more things to do. Must go!
