Sorry for the lack of posts recently. Sadly I lost my very good friend, Sally, last Wednesday. She was found dead in her bed on Thursday morning having died in her sleep. The postmortem is yet to be done but it seems likely it was an aneurysm as it was so sudden. I only saw her on Tuesday evening when Trish and I met her after work and spoke to her on the Wednesday evening, just hours before she died. She was in a really good place and very excited as she had just booked a holiday for herself and her two children and their other halves. She has been a fantastic friend to me for the last thirty years and we have been through thick and thin. She will be dreadfully missed. So terribly sad.
