A fabulous days racing with some really classy horses - Both Garry and Ted ran to expectations as Garry came mid division and Ted kept up with the pace until three from home and was pulled up. We knew they would both come on from the run and it was a very sharp two and a half miles which didn't really suit them. They have only been in since the end of September and Chaddesley is very competitive. We were delighted with their jumping and Billy did a great job. They both loved it and finished wanting more so Ampton is our next race as it is more of a stayers track. It was fantastic racing though and we thoroughly enjoyed the day - Nice to blow the cobwebs out after Christmas. Cottenham on Sunday with Lucy on Jess and Ben on Budge. I am off for my much awaited supper as I didn't have time to do a picnic this morning as it was such an early start... oh and Lucy won BTO with Ted!
